An uplifting Metro Detroit experience where Black women and girls build confidence, connection, sisterhood and purpose.

No Mean Girls Here is a welcoming empowerment conference created especially for Black women and girls ages 11–17.

This three-hour experience will bring women and girls together for meaningful conversations about confidence, healing, healthy relationships, leadership, purpose and the power of genuine sisterhood.

This is a judgment-free environment where attendees can feel seen, supported and encouraged. We are leaving comparison, competition, bullying and negativity at the door. There is room for every woman and every girl to grow, shine and succeed.

The conference will feature Signature Keynote Speaker Dr. Kimberly E. Mallory, inspiring conversations, separate sessions for women and girls, networking opportunities and memorable activities designed to strengthen connections across generations.

11:30 a.m. – Registration, Pink Carpet Arrival, mocktails, photographs and vendor shopping
12:00 p.m. – Welcome and opening experience
12:15 p.m. – Signature keynote presentation
12:45 p.m. – Small bites and signature alcohol-free mocktails and guided table conversations
1:25 p.m. – Separate women’s and girls’ empowerment sessions
2:05 p.m. – Intergenerational panel discussion
2:35 p.m. – Affirmation activity and sisterhood pledge
2:50 p.m. – Giveaways, acknowledgments and closing
3:00 p.m. – Conference concludes

WOMAN ADMISSION – $50

Includes admission for one adult woman, the Pink Carpet Arrival Experience, signature keynote presentation, Small bites, alcohol-free mocktails, women’s empowerment session, panel discussion, program activities, vendor marketplace and giveaways.

GIRL ADMISSION, AGES 11–17 – $25

Includes admission for one girl, the Pink Carpet Arrival Experience, signature keynote presentation, small bites, alcohol-free mocktails, girls’ empowerment session, panel discussion, program activities, vendor marketplace and giveaways.

Girls must attend with a registered adult unless attending with an approved youth organization.

WOMAN + GIRL PACKAGE – $65

Includes admission for one adult woman and one girl ages 11–17. Both attendees receive small bites, signature mocktails and access to all appropriate conference activities.

This package is perfect for mothers, daughters, grandmothers, granddaughters, aunts, nieces, mentors, mentees and other meaningful connections.

VIP WOMAN – $75

Includes everything provided with Woman Admission, plus preferred seating, early entry and one premium gift bag.

VIP WOMAN + GIRL PACKAGE – $100

Includes VIP admission for one adult woman and one girl ages 11–17, preferred seating, early entry and one premium gift bag for each attendee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

* This is an alcohol-free event.

* Girls ages 11–17 must remain with a registered adult unless attending with an approved youth organization.

* A light lunch and alcohol-free mocktails will be served.

* Please contact the organizer in advance regarding dietary restrictions or accessibility accommodations.

* Complimentary parking is available in the lot connected to the building.

* Tickets may not be sold at the door if the event reaches capacity.

* All ticket sales and vendor registrations are final and nonrefundable.

* Attendee tickets may be transferred to another eligible person through December 7, 2026.

* Speakers and scheduled activities are subject to change.

* Photography and video recording will take place during the event.

* Bullying, harassment, disruptive conduct and inappropriate behavior will not be permitted.

Can adult women attend without a girl?

Yes. Women are welcome to purchase an individual Women’s Admission ticket.

Can a girl attend without an adult?

No. For safety, girls ages 11–17 must attend with a registered adult.

Is this only for mothers and daughters?

No. Women may attend with daughters, nieces, sisters, mentees, goddaughters or other girls with whom they share a meaningful connection.

Will food be served?

Small bites and alcohol-free mocktails are included. This is not a full meal.

Is parking available?

Yes. Complimentary parking is available at the venue.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Tickets may be transferred to another eligible attendee by contacting the organizer before the event.

Can I become a vendor?
